- If needed, choose the option to have a loader help you
- Choose the size of the truck
- Tap Order
Once you've placed an order, the nearest available driver will head towards you.
The driver will help carry your items to the truck and unload them when you
reach the destination.
You can use the Yandex Go app to see where your driver is. The recipient can
find out where their items are in the app or using the tracking link that we send
them.
