How to place an order:
- Open the Yandex Go app
- Enter the pick-up point and delivery address
- Choose Cargo
- If needed, choose the option to have a loader help you
- Choose the size of the truck
- Tap Order
A truck will arrive at the indicated address once an order has been placed. The
driver will move your items to and from the truck.
You can track the driver in the Yandex Go app. The recipient can track the driver
using the app or in their browser.
